Training Program:

We are empowering the next generation of women leaders!

Knowledge and Skills

Enhanced Knowledge and Skills:

Participants gained hands-on experience and technical expertise in solar energy systems, preparing them for roles in the renewable energy sector, which is crucial for sustainable development and addressing global energy challenges.

Collaboration

Collaboration with Top Universities:

By partnering with leading institutions like UMT, Punjab University, UET, UOL, LCWU, COMSATS, and GCU, the program bridged the gap between academia and industry, enriching students’ educational experiences and providing them with a wider network of resources and mentors.

Awareness

Increased Awareness and Engagement:

Through the five impactful workshops, more than 1000 students were exposed to the potential of solar energy, inspiring them to pursue careers in clean energy, and fostering greater gender diversity in the sector.

Leadership

Empowerment and
Leadership:

The program focused on technical skills and encouraged leadership, confidence, and self-reliance among female engineering students. As a result, many graduates are now positioned to take on leadership roles in both local and international renewable energy projects.
